AGM and Plant Tour at Davy Markham
This years AGM was held at the offices of Davy Markham in Sheffield.The BMPCA members unanimously accepted the nominations for Chairman,Michael Sorby MD of Sarclad and Vice chairman,Kevin Parkin MD of Davy Markham. The members present congratulated the new office holders. The meeting was followed by a plant tour of the design,fabrication and machining facilities of Davy Markham. The members were particularly impressed by the abilty of the facilities to handle and machine castings upto 350tonnes in weight which make these unique within Europe.At the end of the tour Peter Kobayashi the retiring chairman proposed the vote of thanks
