The First Sheffield Dinner Held at the Cutlers Hall
Sixty members and guests attended the first Sheffield Dinner that was held on the 10th April at the Cutlers Hall in Sheffield. The dinner was preceded by a guided tour of the hall. Those that went on the tour were given an excellent insight into the history and traditions of the cutlers. The current master cutler and his wife were able to join us for dinner.
All those present enjoyed the evening. Comments on the quality of the venue and food were extremely complementary. It is the intention to make this an annual event which will follow the April business meeting.
